Overview
PS-DIBA (Plasma Surface Dynamics with Ion Beam Analysis), which is a high heat flux plasma irradiation device combined with an ion beam accelerator, can perform ion beam analysis of the sample surface under plasma irradiation environment. Significant progress is being made in research on plasma-material surface interactions such as hydrogen isotope absorption.
