Biography

Hiroshi HASEGAWA was born in Yokohama, Japan in 1973. He received the B.E., M.E., and D.E. degrees all in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Tokyo Institue of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1995, 1997, and 2000, respectively. From 2000 to 2005, he was a research associate of Dept. of Communications and Integrated Systems, Tokyo Institute of Technology. Currently he is an associate professor of Nagoya University. He received the Young Researcher Awards from SITA (Society of Information Theory and its Applications) and IEICE (Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers) in 2003 and 2005, respectively. He is a member of IEICE, SITA and IEEE.
