2. Tokyo International Airport(NARITA)

Airport == JR train ==> JR Tokyo Station
about 60min.
JR Tokyo Station== Shinkansen ==> JR Nagoya Station
about 2 hours
If you are going to move to Nagoya by JR train, I recomand to buy the next tickets because of easy transfer junction. If you hope, you can go out JR Tokyo Station by showing the ticket to JR service man (but do not forget the time of Shinkansen and leave the tickets):
A. Traffic ticket (from Narita to Nagoya)
B. Express ticket (Narita-Tokyo[Narita Express], Tokyo-Nagoya[Shinkansen])
C. Seat Reservation ticket(if you need )

One Point Advice If you take a Shinkansen at daytime of fine day, you may be able to look at Mt. Fuji. You should reserve the best seat, E(window) or the better, D(aisle) in Shinkansen. If you chose A, B, and C seats, it may be not easy to look at Mt. Fuji.

*Budget(Better Convenient&low cost, but not Speedy)
Airport == JR train ==> JR Tokyo Station

Airport == bus ==> JR Tokyo Station(Bus Stop area)

JR Tokyo Station== highway bus ==> Meieki Bus Station in Nagoya Station area

3. Kansai International Airport

*Standard(Convenient&Speedy)
Airport == JR train ==> JR Shin-Osaka Station
about 60min.
JR Shin-Osaka Station == Shinkansen ==> JR Nagoya Station
about 60min.
If you are going to move to Nagoya by JR train, I recomand to buy the next tickets because of easy transfer junction.
A. Traffic ticket (from Airport to Nagoya) + Express ticket (Airport-Shin-Osaka[Haruka Express])
B. Express ticket (Shin-Osaka-Nagoya[Shinkansen])

One Point Advice The traveller from Osaka cannot look at Mt. Fuji. However, they can look at the five-storied pagoda of Toh-ji before the train stops at Kyoto satation. If you hope to look at the five-storied pagoda of Toh-ji, you should be reserve the best seat A(window).

4. Conference Hotel

Just 2-minute walk from the Shinkansen Entrance (Taiko St. side) of JR Nagoya Station.

Only one City Hotel in West Side of Nagoya Station, and buses for/from Nagoya Airport leaves/arrives at beside the Hotel Entrance.

In the chic light brown building, there are 154 cozy and simple rooms, Japanese/French/Chinese Restaurants and Large/Medium/Small Banquet Halls where you can use for various kinds of meetings/conferences/events/parties/wedding ceremonies, etc.

It is very convenient for both people from East and West parts of Japan owing to the good location.

Just one-mimute walk from JR Nagoya Station.
