Oral Presentations:

All speeches are scheduled for about 20 minutes each including discussions and changing time. Standard audio-visual equipment available includes an LCD projector, overhead projector, screen, pointer, and a microphone.

IMPORTANT:

If you use an LCD projector, it is essential to discuss your request with one of local arrangement committee or secretariats. We recommend that authors provide their own laptop computer, power cord, and any proprietary cords required by their computer. However, the secretariat can prepare the laptop computer with CD-ROM drive installing Powerpoint. Testing your presentation is strongly recommended to minimize equipment compatibility difficulties. It is the presenting author's responsibility to ensure that his/her computer is turned on and properly connected to the LCD projector no later than the "break" immediately preceding the scheduled presentation. Break, in this sense, refers to the period of time before the first talk in the morning, coffee breaks or lunch. All authors planning to give a computerized presentation must bring a back-up viewgraph presentation in case of unforeseen compatibility or set-up difficulties with the LCD equipment. In addition, you remember the configuration of Japanese power plug is A-type. If you need, please bring the transfer connecting plug.

Poster Presentations:

Poster Session with 1 min short oral presentation (OHP only) is scheduled at the evening on June 2 and in the morning on June 3. Poster panels are available from 3 p.m. on the first day. The available poster size is 120 cm high x 120 cm wide (1.5 poster panel). The paper title, author(s)' name(s) and affiliation(s) should be prepared by the author(s) and posted on top of the panel. Please tell the registration desk that you will present a poster. Short presentation will be carried out before poster presentation time in the oral session rooms. Be sure to take your poster down immediately after the session, otherwise the posters are disposed of when the poster panels are removed.
